The Financial Strength Scorecard is built around the four pillars I see make or break agent businesses. It's the same diagnostic I run on every new coaching client before we start working together — now available free.

Structure & Protection

Entity status, business vs. personal account separation, liability protection. Does your structure match your income level?

Pillar 2

Visibility & Numbers

Do you have a real P&L? Do you know your net (not gross)? Do you review numbers monthly or quarterly?

Cash Flow & Taxes

Commission cash-flow system in place? Tax money set aside? CPA relationship beyond once-a-year filing?

Wealth & Investing

Is business profit being converted to assets? Any investment property? Net worth target? MREI-style plan?

Why this matters: Real estate is a great income business and a terrible wealth business — if you only run it as a sales practice. The agents who reach 55 with a real balance sheet are the ones who treat themselves as a financially literate operator first, a salesperson second.
